Returns Policy:

At Vedakarta, we strive to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and are packaged with care. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong and you may receive a product that is damaged or defective. If this is the case, we would be happy to accept the return of the product, provided it meets our return policy criteria.

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once we receive your request, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that all accessories, tags, and stickers are intact. We will inspect the product upon receipt and if it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used. Also, we do not accept returns for products that have been tampered with or altered in any way.

Refund Policy:

If you are returning a product due to damage or defect, we will initiate a refund once we have received and inspected the product. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to purchase the product.

Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can still return the product in accordance with our returns policy.
